Key Responsibilities
1.Be responsible for maintaining all orders, payments, contracts. Standardize file archiving principle in public folder.
2.Be responsible for maintaining supplier data base, and project information, follow up the releasing status. Track supplier performance, update information to buyers, and report to manager.
3.Be responsible for company shuttle and business car, follow up all requirements from different department.
4.Track attendance data for operation department, report and conform the monthly billing.
5.Follow up RFP and purchase online. Temporary tasks authorized by the department supervisor.
Job Qualification
1.University degree major in logistics, business or related field.
2.Positive, Responsible, constrained, independent and could work under certain pressure; Initiative, proactive and good communication.
3.Good English in listening, speaking, reading, writing.
4.Be experienced with office software.
5.Basic root cause analysis skills. (Nice but not needed)
