职位描述：
Key Responsibilities/主要职责:
 
Participate the detailed design review with internal/external design engineer and provide the value comments from the machining, assembly, wiring, installation, maintenance etc. aspects.
和内外部设计成员一起参与设计评审，并能从机加工，装配，布线，安装和维护方面提供建设性建议
Assemble the automation machine/platform or DoE (Design of Experiment) platform according to drawings
根据装配图纸，负责新的自动化设备或实验设计平台的装配工作
Response for wiring and other electrical components per design specifications
根据电气设计图纸的要求，协助自动化设备的内外部布线工作
Know-how of the installation of industrial robot such ABB, EPSON and Fanuc etc. and solve related problems or find out the root cause during when failure alarming occurs
了解主流工业机器人如ABB, EPSON 和Fanuc 等品牌机器人的安装，调试以及问题排查。出现故障报警时能找出主要原因并迅速排查
Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems and perform repairs.
会检查自动化控制回路，监控自动化系统运行状况并能排查和修复故障问题
Needs to troubleshoot the issue and determine if the problem is mechanical, electrical or from the computer systems controlling the process. Once the issue has been diagnosed, can repair or replace any necessary components, such as a sensor or electrical wiring.
能判断问题是属于机械，电气还是控制系统的问题。如果问题被诊断后，能修复或者替换相应的零部件。


 
Key Requirements/主要需求:
 
Associate (AS) degree or above with at least 5 year experience of customized automation assembly and wiring
大专及以上学历，至少从事5年的定制化自动化装配和布线的工作
Experienced in machining industry with at 1~2 years
至少1-2年的机加工行业经验
Be good at AUTOCAD Electrical Software, and know about the Pro/E 4.0 and Creo2.0.
熟悉AUTOCAD 电气化制图，和了解3D 设计软件（Pro/E 4.0 and Creo2.0）
Good understanding and experience of automation machine design process and procedures
了解自动化设备的设计流程
Certification is available for the specific profession as well as for pieces of equipment from specific manufacturers.
获得过设备制造相关的专业证书
Electrician Certification is preferred, and Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) is preferred
优先考虑持有电工证和IPC授予的焊接专业的证书
Be capable of read at technical documentation and specifications.
能读懂相关的英语技术手册。
 
 
Minimum Professional Background Desired/专业背景:
A demonstrated track record of successfully and effectively driving step change in automation through technological improvements;
具有通过技术改善的方法去有效成功解决自动化变更的经验
Rich experience in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and troubleshooting;
丰富的机械装配，电气接线以及问题处理经验
Strong global industrial automation experiences with time spent working and living in China is preferred;

Willingness to travel frequently, and as necessary, to support a global technology organization with significant presence in China and other regions;
