职位描述：
Essential responsibilities: 主要职责
1.Be accountable for the environment ,hygiene safety and quality issues in position as well as subordinates (if available) .
对本岗位职责范围内的环境卫生安全和质量负责，并对下属(如果有)的工作质量和环境安全负有责任。
2. Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including LEAN principles etc).
维护并实施最好、最可靠、最简单的工作流程；应用DaMaWay(包括精益原理等)，在安全、质量、成本、交付、激励和环境方面发起、参与并推动持续改进活动。
3. With support of local buyers, manage own portfolio of suppliers who providing the parts in the scope of the project..
在本地采购的支持下，管理名下的项目供应商，以确保供应商可以按照项目计划在无锡工厂落地。
4. Local Sourcing Strategies: Pro-actively work with stakeholders to define and implement strategies for local spend.
本地采购策略：积极与利益相关者定义并执行本地项目采购策略。
5. Manage suppliers election and contracting: tenders and negotiations, contract compliance and implementation, service level agreements.
供应商选择与合同管理： 负责招标，谈判，合同履约及执行服务协议。
6. Participate or initiate x-functional improvement projects in terms of cost, quality, service within Wuxi Supply Points.
参与或启动跨部门的成本节约，质量，服务等工厂改进项目。
7. Liaise and coordinate with other Danone Buyers or OPP on the spend that could be sourced jointly to deliver synergies.
负责联络协同达能不同工厂，地区的采购,包含OPP, 以便产生采购协同效应。
8. Implement and roll out SSD procedures, processes and systems particularly assuring Dango compliance rating.
推动采购程序的实现和系统化的过程，尤其需确保采购过程符合Dango合规性评级。
9. Maintain relevant administrative files and systems for suppliers in terms of pricing, contracts, claims, key correspondence, master data, quality systems.
维护相关管理文件和系统供应商，包括价格，合同，索赔，主数据，质量体系等。
10. Supplier Relationship Management: Manage and develop relationships with local suppliers, lead performance evaluation.
供应商关系管理：管理与发展本地供应商，领导评估业绩供应商。
11. Drive Safety Program for Indirect Spend suppliers in Medical Nutrition Supply Points.
驱动工厂物料供应商安全管理程序。

Main job specification: 主要技能要求：

？ A Bachelors or Masters degree with focus on Food Engineering, Operation or Purchasing
大学本科以上，食品工程， 运营或采购专业
？ Experience of working in a fast paced international organization.
有在快节奏的国际公司工作经验
