Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience in an Automotive Manufacturing environment required. Previous management experience mandatory. Engineering Degree an asset.

Thorough knowledge of metal stamping, assembly, and welding processes
对金属冲压，焊接和铆接相关知识有深入了解
Knowledge of Kaizan Manufacturing and Production Principles and scheduling
了解精益生产，生产原则和生产计划
Familiarity with Tool and Die practices, maintenance procedures and measuring instruments.
熟悉模具使用，维护保养流程和测量仪器
Knowledge of MRP and application software (word processor, spreadsheet, database, etc.).
了解物料计划和相关软件
Strong management, organizational and communication skills.
出色的管理，组织和沟通能力
Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.

Knowledge of TPM methodology.

Responsibilities工作职责
Manage all aspects of production and production related activities ensuring 100% on-time delivery
(Including; scheduling, manning, equipment capacity, and support function departments)

Develop and implement standard operation procedures for all production operations.

Ensure implementation and adherence to Health and Safety and Environmental policies.

Ensure all data collection is completed and accurate and production reports are created in a timely manner.

Prepare, maintain and act upon the results of production reports to improve productivity through CIP activities in all production and support departments
根据生产报告呈现的结果，筹备并实施相关的持续性改善项目
Required to participate on committees as appointed and attending all meetings as required.

Responsible for the hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline in order to maintain the safety and well-being of all production associates.

Ensure Key Process Indicator reporting elements as identified by management are displayed and maintained.

Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and co-ordination between all production staff is maintained.
