Summary of Client客户简介:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world. The main products of its Zhuhai factory are film capacitors, power factor correction capacitors, leaded resistors, energy resistors, strap and block resistors, ICL sensors and NTC sensors.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. 良品率监控，控制，分析及报告；
2. 辅助部门制定短期及长期质量改善计划并协调措施落实，跟踪并确保效果；
3. 改善SPC执行状态，日常监控SPC并采取对应措施改善；
4. 针对质量和报废问题快速反应；
5. 发动或协调持续质量改善项目来实现长期目标。
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，机械、电气及材料等相关专业；
2. 三年以上从事工艺、质量管理相关工作经验；
3. 了解掌握6 sigma或其他质量管理知识；
4. 英语读写良好，能用英语作基本的技术沟通；
5. 熟悉Excel, PPT等办公软件；
6. 有效的时间管理技能。
