岗位职责：

1.Lead the site in all aspects of Performance Excellence.

2.Train, mentor and facilitate the Performance Excellence activities associated with the site.

3.Set-up milestones, action plans and implementation of CI Projects.

4.Promotes project selection, scope, delivery and reviewing to ensure effective application of six sigma tools and alignment with business vision and strategy.

5.Drive, verify and sustain of CI for the production productivity, efficiency, flexibility, capacity, quality, lead-time, scheduling, cost reduction, on-side “5S”management, etc.

6.Interact and train the local site employees as well as guide them through problem resolution and reporting.

7.Effectively interacts with the organization to solicit ideas and turn business problems into viable Lean, Six Sigma.

8.Communicates and visualizes progress and results in CI-/Lean Six Sigma projects.

9.Identifies best practices, document and share/implement them.

10.Make CI as part of the culture across the company.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in engineering sciences.

2. 5 years or more experience in manufacturing with Operations Excellence focus.

3. Six-Sigma / Lean Black Belt is preferred, will consider Green Belt.

4. Strong process project management skills, strong communication and presentation skills.

5. Aggressive, pro-active and with logic thinking/creative problem solving skill.

6. Able to travel internationally for training, etc.

7. Good command of written and spoken English.
