职位描述
工作内容:
1.Assit the direct to set up and lead the Customer service team to provide a valuable link between customers and the companies.
2.Be responsible for first time responding to customer inquiries and making sure that any problems they are experiencing are resolved.
3.Deal and handle the case that raised from customer, simple questions or requests and somewhat more difficult that may require additional research or help from an expert or company back office technical support.
4.Settle customer inquiries and complaints, which generally must be handled in accordance with commercial sense and strict company policies. Try to fix problems or suggest solutions.
5.Act as gatekeepers who make sure that complaints are valid before accepting customer returns.
6.Suggest the authority how to reverse erroneous fees or send replacement products.
7.May provide information while dealing with customer issues to helps customers to make right purchasing decisions. For instance, a product or service that would fulfill a customer's needs.
8.Maintain an effective customer service system(CRM) such as open the customer's file in the company's computer system, problems solved with specific changes, access to responses for the most commonly asked questions and specific guidelines for dealing with requests or complaints.,etc.
9.To supervise or arrange other experienced team members to provide assistance when in the event that the account representative does not know the answer or is unable to solve a specific problem.
To supervise or listen in on tape calls or visit customers to ensure customers are getting quality service.
任职资格:
1.Education:BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
2.Experience:10 + years experience in successfully managing a customer support organization in high quality capital equipment manufacturing companies preferably in the solar and semiconductor industry
3.Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills with global external customer facing experience and savvy; Ability to work with other team members on coordinating resources, knowledge, and skills and a working knowledge of customer support best practice; Ability to evaluate needs, determine underlying challenges and develop solutions.
Others: Position requirements – 2+ years PV industry and development experience; 2+ years as manager and above experience; familiar with all aspects of PV module management.
