职位描述
The main responsibility for this position is to assist local HR Manager in managing recruitment, training, performance management and other HR programs and projects assigned. - Provide efforts in assessing talent needs. Recruit and select qualified candidates for both S & M and hourly employees. Ensure positions are filled quickly with the best talent, working closely with corporate staffing centers.- Track key HR metrics in accordance with site key business objectives. Build organization capability through performance management and development planning in Caterpillar processes.- Develop and implement a PDP process, which accurately reviews the performance in both the hourly and S & M.- Provide daily consultancy / support to S & M and line managers on people related issues.- Develop and administer a training program for all plant associates. Analyze plant performance and develop training programs to meet the proven needs.Make sure the implementation the corporate, division and policies and regulations.- Develop, administer, and support programs that encourage employee engagement.- Develop and maintain a positive employee relationship through effect communication activities. Develop, implement and monitor annual communication plan and build up good working environment in plant.- Ensure all HR policies, process, activities compliance with government, laws requirements.
Required skills and background:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.· 5 years and above progressive experience in a human resources generalist position;· Full range of developed HR competencies in employee relations, recruiting and selection, and compliance is required.· Superior communication and team leadership skills; Ability to drive results by developing and empowering individuals and team;· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, relationships and leverage diversity in a global enterprise.· Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters.· Good interpersonal skills and team work.· Initiative, flexible and be able to work under pressure with good efficiency and quality.Can do attitude and adapt for changes.
