job_description_responsibilities:
·On site support customer POU (Point of usage) service for defined parts
·Manage POU activities of Receiving, Replenishment, POU Rack Setting& Trigger demand from customer side back to company through SAP
.Ensure all activities compliance with standard.
·Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
·Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
·Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirect control
·Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the POU through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost controls.
·Ability to motivate others and build a team environment
·Other tasks management team assigned
required_skills_qualifications: ·College's degree and above, at least 5 years experience in warehouse management include 2 years at leadership position
·Good knowledge and experience in warehouse management of multi-country company
·Good communication, interpersonal relationship, organizational and leadership skills
·Positive work ethic and attitude
·Experience of SAP is need
·Language skill: basic English communication skill
·Proficient in MS Applications, particularly Word, Excel & Access
desired_skills_qualifications: .Logistic engineering knowledge
.Project experience
comments: The CGA is on going for final signature. We need to begin the resource preparation in advance but the offer only can be issued after CGA final approval.
