职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Handling various I/E activities and full set of I/E documents including LC banking documents independently
2. Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, transportation companies and internal sales team to ensure timely shipment
3. Good experience in handling China import custom from overseas to various China ports through forwarders
4. Familiar with PRC transhipment & domestic DAP arrangement
5. Using ERP system for purchase order, inventory control, shipment delivery note and reporting
6. Follow up Trade Link custom declaration and marine insurance arrangement
7. Other ad- hoc assignments as required
 
Requirements:
1. Degree or above in Supply Chain, business or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of shipping experience in electronics trading company
3. Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, could work independent, attention to detail
6. Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
