职位描述
· Manage customer order, including order entry, order follow-up, back order management, etc.
· Ensure the customer requirement both delivery requirement and forecast are recorded in CLC SAP system.
· Coordinate with customers on new parts phase-in to CLC.
· Provide commercial assistance to customers, such as quotation, RSSM process.
· Monitor CLC customer delivery performance and initiate improvement.
· Monitor customers forecast accuracy and help customer to find the area to improve.
· Coordinate quality complaints
· Coordinate to collect A/R from customers, coordinate to fix A/R exceptions with customers.
· Coordinate in expanding CLC business scope such as exporting, simple assembly, etc.
Fluent in English expression and comprehension
· Familiar with SAP R/3 SD & MM module
· Have integral knowledge on supply chain and have logical mindset
· Minimum 3 years experience in material planning, procurement or customer service, etc.
· Good team player; have teamwork spirit, abide by company rules and regulations
· Be skillful in computer application such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, etc.
