职位描述
任职要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in electronic components.
2. Aggressive, Self-motivated, smart and sales-oriented team player.
3. Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
4. Business Skills: Must be able to develop new customers and an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Regarding sales leadership - Needs to be able to identify a need and “sell to the need.” Understanding where and by whom the buying/specifying decisions are made, and gaining access to that individual.
5. Candidate who is currently working in the broker market or authorized distributor.

1. Analysis electronic components market and end customer situation, new customer research.
2. Effectively communicate with our purchasing team to get the market situation and negotiate pricing with customers.
3. Negotiate trading term with customers, after sell follow up service and payment follow up.

1. The opportunity to set up your own sales team.
2. Flexible basic salary and commission base on your performance, with a expectation to $80,000 US dollar per year.
3. The opportunity to be a shareholder.
