福利待遇
基本工资：1400/月，岗位工资：400/月（试用期减半） 全勤奖：100/月，加班费另外计算。
试用期满后会根据工作技能及表现，另有技能津贴。
试用期满，您可按比例享有13薪。
入职满一年，工龄补贴100/月。
