Performs routine Payroll and benefit administration for employees accurately and timely, including attendance record maintain, salary report prepare and bank transfer, payslip/letter, distribution etc.

Apply for Housing fund, payment, exit for all employees, and set up housing fund files

全体员工住房公积金申报、缴纳、退出办理，公积金档案建立。

Distribute recruitment advertisement, arrange interview, and give employment notice to employed candidate.

根据招聘人员计划表发布招聘信息，安排面试，录用者发录用通知书。

Declare monthly staff, worker and foreigner’s inidividual tax; Support employee on annual individual tax over 120,000 declaration

每月个人所得税申报及年终12万以上个人所得税申报。

完成上级交办的其它事情

Requirement/要求:
Education: College or above Graduate 大专以上学历

Experience: Minimum 3 years work experience in C&B, training arrangements and staffing. Be familiar with 6 modules. 至少3年薪酬福利、培训和招聘等工作经验。熟悉人力资源6大模块。

Specific knowledge: Familiar with China HR Policy and Labor Laws, Administration Management 熟悉中国人事政策、劳动法及行政管理

Competencies: English better priority (Spoken and Written).英语较好者优先考虑
