Requirement要求：

1.大专或以上机械电子专业

2.5年以上通信产品工作经验

3.能够读懂英文版图纸

4.解决质量问题的能力

5.良好的时间管理和沟通能力

6.ISO 90001 内审员证书,有内/外审经验/有仪校证书和经验

7.有ROHS 和REACH项目管理经验和测试经验者优先

Responsibility职责：

1. New product quality planning (PFMEA & Control Plan and it's check sheet) 新项目质量策划

* Product manufacturing process flow analysis, pick out quality control point 产品制造流程分析，设置质量管理点

* New part verification 新物料验证

* Product PFMEA 主导PFMEA 分析

* Product quality control plan and check sheet 产品质量控制计划和检查表

* Deliver training to QC and operators for quality sensitive point 给员工和QC 培训质量敏感点

* Monitor product quality assurance according the product quality plan 根据产品质量控制计划，有效监控产品质量

* Assist the techinical and production department to introduce new product. 帮助技术部和生产部导入新项目

2.Process & Product quality daily monitoring and continuously improvement制程和产品质量监控和持续改善

* Quality abnormal issue handling and follow up the corrective action's effectiveness 质量异常处理和改善对策有效性后续跟进

* raw material defect found at production line handling 产线发现的原材料不良处理

* Non-conforming good control 不合格品管控

* ECN implement and tracking ECN执行和追溯

* Product performance improvement 产品质量提高

3.Define cost controlling system of quality scrap and assure implementation制程和产品质量监控和持续改善

* Assist production department to analyze the scrap issue 帮助生产部分析报废异常

* Manage scrap material analysis cost 对报废材料进行费用分析

4.Track RMA product within manufacturing process 追溯制造过程中RMA品处理

*Coordinate the relative department to dispose RMA product acording to RMA flow 根据RMA流程协调相关部门对RMA品进行分析

* Follow necessary corrective actions 跟进必要的改善对策

5.Track customer complain within manufacturing process 追溯制造过程客户投诉处理

*Coordinate the relative department to analyses customer complain 协调相关部门分析客户投诉

* Redial with finish goods stock if necessary 根据需要对成品进行返工

* Fill in corrective and preventive actions report 填写改善和预防对策

6.Define reasonable OBA check rules and assure implementation 定义合理的OBA抽检规则和有效执行

* Lead IPQC do OBA sample check 带领IPQC做OBA 样品抽检

*Coordinate the relative department to analyse OBA fail data and improve process or product quality 协调相关部门对OBA不良品进行分析，并且提高过程产品质量

7.产品的ROHS资料的收集整理和分析，提供ROHS BOM.每年review 一次ROHS BOM 所有报告的有效性.
