The main missions of the role are:

• Setup foaming line WI including parameter date, Robot program.
• Responsible for foaming line run smoothly, solving all technical issues in production.
• Keeping improve foaming line technical and process, including reduce C/T, scrap rate.
• Setup daily maintenance regular and good execution.

Responsible for training of technicians and operators

• Support new foaming line project in technical side including new project quotation.
• Responsible for foaming line spare parts management .
• Communicates and shares new equipment information, learning, and methods with production equipment team.
• Other duties as required by superior from time to time.
• PFMEA support
• Define requirements for manufacturing process improvement and automation
• Analysis of manufacturing processes, development of process improvements

Basic requirement:

• 4 years above experience in medium-to-large size manufacturing plant. Preferably equipments
• College education in Mechanical/electrical engineering , Chemical Engineering.
• Well Computer skills
• Very strong problem analyse and solving skills.
• Good communication skill and Good team work spirit.

Special knowledge and skill:

• Good writing English ability.
• At least two years experience in foaming production.
• Familiar with Robot program.
