1. 职位概述 Job Summary

根据索迪斯卫生和安全标准，执行和维护系统确保卫生和安全审核准确并反映部门真实情况，控制，预防地区内所有部门有关卫生和安全的负面偏差。理解本地机构针对卫生和安全的理解和态度，确保索迪斯各部门按其要求开展工作。Based on Sodexo Hygiene and Safety standard, implements and maintains system in order to have H&S audits accuracy to make sure audits reflect real life on site; controls and prevents negative deviation about Hygiene and Safety on all sites in region.Understands the manner that local authorities interpret and treat hygiene and safety, then makes sure that Sodexho sites follow their requirements.

? 制定部门卫生和安全审核时间表，为下属提供支持服务确保团队有效性
Defines the sites hygiene and safety audit schedule and supports service for subordinates (if applicable) to ensure team efficiency.
? 开展，监控，支持下属在其职责内的定期现场审核，确保审核结果的权威性
Conducts, monitors and supports subordinates (if applicable) in his/her duty area of on-site auditing at defined frequency to ensure the authenticity of audit results.
? 制定卫生和安全培训时间表
Schedules H&S training
? 为下属或其他部门记录会议内容
Takes meeting minutes with subordinates (if applicable) and other sections.
? 发展服务意识，团队意识和进取精神
Develops Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress.
? 尊重，关心员工，提高员工保有率
Respects, cares about employees to improve employee retention rate
? 保证通知下属索迪斯及客户的变更
Keeps his/her subordinates (if applicable) informed of all alternation about Sodexo and Client
? 向上级提交对下级的适当奖励或惩罚，并出具证据
Proposes to superior, with evidence, any appropriate reward and punishment for his/her subordinates (if applicable).
? 确定，发展高潜能的下属，制定并执行管理和技术型职位的成功计划
Identifies and develops high potential subordinates (if applicable), establishes and implements succession plan for managerial and technical positions

Defines on-site auditing schedule at defined frequency with subordinates (if applicable) with reports.

Defines risk-based unannounced on-site auditing schedule at defined frequency with reports.

Follows-up the monthly non-conformities from subordinates
? 发现营运点视频经营活动中存在的潜在卫生安全风险以防范卫生安全事件的出现。
Identify potential hygiene and safety risk on food business activities in operation at sites to avoid incidents occurred.
? 及时与有关事业部/部门交流卫生和安全问题
Timely communicates to concerned sites/departments about hygiene and safety issues.
? 针对在内部和/或外部检查发现的问题采取及时，预防性的整改措施并跟进，并向上级报告证据
In case of applicable, takes immediate and preventative corrective actions on internal and external supervision findings, traces the correction and report to superior with evidence.

Proposes regular H&S report in an accuracy, timeliness and consistency manner.

客户和顾客（内部和外部）
Client and customer(Internal and external)
? 与运营部/事业部一起与客户发言人就卫生与安全问题进行商讨（如投标，关系，事故等）。任何给客户的报告或文件需经运营部和卫生和安全总监同意
Meets Client Interlocutor with Operation for hygiene and safety issues (like bidding, relationship, incident…). Any report/documentation for the client will be done with Operation and Hygiene & Safety Director agreement.
? 与政府行政部门建立良好关系，为运营部提供有关卫生和安全的建议（如执照，局审计等）
Establishes relation with governmental administrations, advices of Hygiene and Safety issues for operations (license, bureau audits, etc…).
? 为部门经理提供执照申请的支持帮助
Supports UM for license application.
? 提前通知运营部门卫生局进行的审核，部门事先审核并提供建议和支持
Makes the best to inform in advance Operation about audit done by Health Authority, pre-audit the site and give advice and support.
? 为AM, UM/UC和指定人员提供卫生和安全培训
Performs Hygiene and Safety training in the office for AM, UM/UC and other defined people.
? 为营运部和相关部门提供建议，指导，推广有关卫生和安全信息
Advises, instructs and promotes relevant Hygiene and Safety information to Operation and relevant sections.
? 通知营运部和卫生和安全总监确定的严重卫生和安全潜在风险，提出预防险的建议或与卫生和安全总监一起施加运营约束
Informs Operation and Hygiene & Safety Director of identified acute hygiene and safety potential risk. Recommends prevention of risk or impose operational restrictions in case of in conjunction with Hygiene & Safety Director.
? 对接到的涉嫌食品安全的事故开展调查计划
Conducts investigation plan for any reported alleged food safety incident when received.
? 协调卫生和安全的一般疑问
Coordinates general hygiene and safety questions.

? 推广索迪斯形象，特别是纠正有可能发生的客户方关于索迪斯形象任何负面或不正确的看法。
Participates to the promotion of the image of Sodexo on his/her region; in particular rectify any negative or inappropriate perception Clients might have of Sodexo image.

大专或以上学历 College degree or above
食品科学及相关专业Major in food science or related field
工作经验 Working Experience/
4 年以上食品或餐饮行业卫生与安全或相关工作经验
4 years and above Hygiene and Safety or related experience in food or catering industry
2 年以上主管或经理级岗位管理经验
2 years and above working experience on supervisor or manager position.

熟悉卫生安全专业知识及法律法规
