职位描述：
? Key responsibility of all issues in Production of customer or internally with finished and semi-finished parts including components
? Receives Handover of all documents form AQP
? Validate the data and translate to the plant setup
? Own and control of finished goods issues internally and externally
? Link in Q between Customer / Autoneum
? Change Management after APD Gate 5 for Customer incl. Trade
? Manage customer claims
? Q-Reporting
? Other tasks assigned by superior

? Over college degree major in engineering or technology
? Qualified internal auditor ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001, production process audit.
? Quality tools(problem solving, SPC,MSA, control plan, etc.)
? At least 5 years working experiences on quality management in Automotive industry(Tier 1)
? Ability to deal with customer claim and ability to accomplish tasks cross functionally.
? Negotiation skills to resolve difficult or complicated situations.
? Analytical skills to evaluate and develop innovative solutions to complex situations, applying knowledge of specialty area and use sound judgment.
? Fluently English Skill both in written and oral.
? IT skills such as Lotus Notes, MS office
? Team work and problem solving spirit
? Lean production
