职位描述：
1.根据销售订单和需求预测安排生产计划；
Receive customers’ order/demand from Sales department and work out the delivery schedule accordingly.
2.与生产部沟通生产订单的执行状态；
Communicate with Production Dept. for the production order status.
3.关注影响发货时间的因素并及时应对；
Look into any factors, which will affect the delivery schedule and react accordingly.
4.评估生产能力和材料的可用性以满足客户要求；并相应地实施方案；
Evaluate the capacity and material availability to meet customer’s demands; carry out the actions accordingly.
5.处理客户的有关交货期的投诉并持续跟进；
Deal with delivery complaints from customers and follow up.
6.控制半成品和成品的库存量；
Control the inventory level of semi and final products.
7.及时有效地管理文件并报告给管理层；
Proper and timely file management and reporting to company’s management.
8.支持相关部门的各类项目；
Support relevant departments for various projects.
9.执行采购物流部执行关键绩效指标并报告给管理层。
Implement KPIs with Purchasing logistics department and report to management.

Good communication with other departments and understanding market needs.
