Job Responsibility
The Cost Control analyst is responsible for gathering BOM cost information from past and new products in collaboration with finance team, sales and product development teams, using existing database (QAD, purchasing and connecting them together). Using product benchmark, the objective is to challenge purchasing department on BOM costs as well as generating analysis and strengthening overall product margin. This position is also key for improving the quotation tools and process through data connection and system development.
1. Link information together (QAD, R&D, purchasing) and strengthen existing tools to simplify this process
2.Timely preparation of BOM cost for financial models built upon RFQ from customer
3. Develop detailed reports on cost analysis, including recommending adjustments
4. Perform analysis and support costing initiatives and product changes to ensure consistency of company pricing practices
5. Cost/Price discrepancy resolution
6.Support quotation process improvement
7. Other miscellaneous duties as requested by the Senior Commercial Manager or above

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Business or Finance
2.Experience in QAD system
3. Knowledge of automotive Industry components
4. 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, finance or cost control
5.Familiar with databases and systems
6. Expertise in Excel
7.Good English level
8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
9. Sense of urgency and team focus
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while setting priorities
11.Strong organizational skills
12.Good written and verbal communication skills
13.Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities
14.Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
