职位描述：

1、 工作要求Job Requirements:

1. 内部审核,第三方认证审核及审核不符的追踪验证；

Responsible for internal audit, the Third parts IATF16949 System audit and Tracking；

2. 客户审核:Ford Q1（MSA、MMOG）、GM(QSB& GP-8&BIQS) 、VW Formel-Q、Volvo 等。The customer audit：for example, Ford Q1（MSA、MMOG）、GM (QSB & GP-8&BIQS ) 、VW （Formel-Q）、Volvo etc.

3. 其他审审核（客户特殊要求、抱怨等):质量部门其他相关的计划,组织和安排实施(客户投诉等)。

Any other Audit（Customer Complain etc.）：Quality Department plans of other related matters, organization and arrangements for implementation (Customer complaints, etc.)

岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1. 计划实施公司内部体系审核与审核不符合项的追踪验证；Arrange the IATF16949 system Internal Audit ，tracking and valuation all NG items ；

2. 第三方认证审核及审核不符的追踪验证；Responsible for The Third parts IATF16949 System audit and Tracking；

3.负责质量体系的维护、运行与持续改善;Responsible for mainte***ce of quality systems continue improvement

4.协调过程/产品审核/分层审核；Coordination The VDA6.3 process /VDA6.5 product audit and LPA

5.客户审核:Ford Q1（MSA、MMOG）、GM(QSB& GP-8) 、VW Formel-Q、Volvo 等。

The customer audit：as Ford Q1 （MSA、MMOG）、GM (QSB & GP-8 ) 、VW （Formel-Q）、Volvo etc.

6.CCC年度审核，项目阶段所有3C项目的申请提交及批准；

CCC Compulsory Product annual Certification, and all of CCC in project phase are submitted and approved;

7. 其他审审核（客户特殊要求、抱怨等):质量部门其他相关的计划,组织和安排实施(客户投诉等)。

Any other Audit（Customer Complain etc.）：Quality Department plans of other related matters, organization and arrangements for implementation (Customer complaints, etc.)

8.文件符合性审核 The DCC document compliance audit；

9.工程变更管理和审核；确保工程变更的内部跟踪及有效执行； EC Management and audit; make sure EC can be follow up and be implemented effectively;

10.新员工入职质量体系培训 Quality system training for new employee；

11.负责内部程序流程满足TS16949体系要求并持续更新；Responsible for all TS16949 system running up and continue improvement；

12.负责内部各项体系审核的组织、协调与追踪；推动相关部门及时关闭不符合项;Organize all kinds of internal audit, coordination and following up the audit findings. And push the related department to close the internal audit findings on time.

13.主管交代其他事情；Any other things as the supervisor requirements；
