职位描述：
60% Order
1． Communicate and coordinate with customers
a) Internal:
b) External:
2． Prepare quotations and orders
a) Check inventory and apply for purchasing
b) Clarify items, drawings, technical documents
c) Confirm delivery time with related persons
d) Follow up production schedule and report
e) Record and inform delivery to customer
f) Track and collect accounts receivable
g) Assist the financial department for invoicing
3． Maintenance of Infor system
a) Input information of new customers and items
b) Input new orders for other salesmen

20% Documentation
1． Paper documents of sales contracts, agreements, etc.
2． Electronic documents of quotations, orders, etc.
3． Arrange business documents and technical documents
4． Improve company qualification as a supplier
5． Send product catalogues and promotional videos

10% Customer
1． Customer reception on-site and by telephone
2． File materials of customers
3． Maintenance of distributor information, agreements and authorized certificates
4． Seek potential distributors

10% Other
1． Prepare daily materials and sort out business cards
2． Preliminary work of exhibition, bidding and training
3． Work of settlement and reimbursement of travel expenses
4． Collect and sort all kinds of information beneficial to the department
