Job Title: Service Engineer
Reports To: China Service Manager
Position Location: Taicang City/ 江苏太仓市
Number of Direct Reports: 0
*Position Summary:
This position will reinforce service team and improve the after sales service in W&H China, cooperate with sales team to maximize the customer satisfaction and develop new business opportunities in China.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1, Be responsible for the field service, including installation, commissioning, mainte***ce, troubleshooting, repair and users training, provide W&H customers with the best quality of services.
2, Actively use and maintain the CRM system by service activities and user data timely inputs
3, Prepare the regular reports timely accordance with per manager’s request.
4. Develop service sales opportunities, promote service products and increase service revenue.
5, Cooperate with sales people to identify business opportunities and support sales growth, support marketing activities like seminar, conference, and exhibition.
*Qualifications:
1, Associate degree holder or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. At least 3 years of field service experience with a multi-national company, be skillful at fixing technical problems, experience in flexible packaging industries (Extrusion, Printing and Co***erting) will be preferred.
3. Good English in both written and oral, can communicate with foreign engineers for technical issues.
4. Be willing to travel in China extensively (50%+ of time), and work with a flexible time frame.
5. Be willing to follow our company rules, timely and actively update the reports and input to CRM system.
6. Be patient, self-motivated, can work under stress and within deadline.
7. Good at communicate with both internal and external parties, be able to explain the complex problems to customer, be a logical thinker.
8. Project management skills and experience will be given a plus.
