Major Accountabilities:
1.Manage the mainte***ce team and ensure routine & emergency mainte***ce activities are implemented in time.
2.Prepare preventive mainte***ce plan (monthly and yearly) and ensure it is carried out as scheduled.
3.Act as a key member of site safety management team, build safety consciousness in the team to meet the SHE standards.
4.Manage spare parts stock under reasonable level.
5.Good special equipment management, ensure all pressure vessel, relief valves, forklifts, elevators, hosts are all in valid period.
6.Conduct trouble shooting of equipment & instrument failures.
7.Lead site MOB Capex project.
8.Support Reginal Project Manager in strategic project.
9.Support process / safety incident i***estigation. Participate in HAZOP, PSSR, JRA as representative of mainte***ce team.
10.Maintain 5S standards in all mainte***ce workplace.
11.Help site manager to set annual department budget and keep close supervision to monthly variance.
12.Implement SHE regulations during mainte***ce or project activities.
13.Maintain good communication with other departments and contractors.
14.Develop standard mainte***ce procedure, set up a strong and efficient team.
Education:
1.Degree level in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical engineering or related discipline.
2.Major in mechanics, electrical & instrumental or automation.
Experience:
More than 10 years mainte***ce experience in chemical industries, at least 5 years in plant mainte***ce management role. Project management or technical modification experience are preferred.
Specific skills:
1.Good related professional knowledge on mechanics, electrical, instrumental and automation etc.
2.Familiar to DCS.
3.Familiar with chemical process and common chemical equipment.
4.Good Windows Office skills.
5.Good oral and written English.
6.AutoCAD skill is preferred.
7.Cost control awareness.
8.Sense of urgency.
9.Self-driven learning on management and professional knowledge.
10.Cross functional communication skills.
11.Flexibility, mobility, ability to work under pressure.
