Audit Report Supervisor
Location: Cebu / Shenzhen
Are you a quality control specialist with a solid technical background? Do you keep up to date with the quality and compliance issues in modern supply chains? Are you known for your thorough approach and attention to detail? Do you combine technical expertise with a cooperative management style?
If that sounds like you, you might be our new Audit Report Supervisor!
The Company:
We’re a global provider of quality control and compliance services that helps brands and retailers manage their supply chains. Every year, we deliver some 215,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests. AI's Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills – while helping us bring trust to global trade.
You can help us maintain the high quality and fast delivery of our audit reports, and support our teams with your technical expertise.
The Job:
You will have a crucial role in ensuring that our supplier audit reports are delivered to our clients within 48 hours of the audit.
You will be expected to:
- Supervise the audit report review and validation process
- Communicate any report quality issues back to the auditors
- Follow-up on necessary corrective action
We may also ask you to:
- Provide technical expertise and advice to our teams
Before applying, please note: you will need to frequently work on Saturday and/or Sunday, with varying days off during the week.
The Candidate:
It could be you, if you have:
- Technical expertise in Social Compliance, Quality Compliance, or related fields
- Experience in third-party for Factory audit / CTPAT audit (2 years or more)
- Strong command of English (spoken, written, reading)
It also helps if you:
- Have some extra experience in manufacturing
- Know your way around the MS Office Suite
