SUMMARY
DESCRIPTION

Reporting to China
head office GL – based in China head office, performing cashier for China head office and assisting raw material purchase for
China region, supporting administration and registration activities for China region.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES &
TASKS

-
Control Petty Cash safe and maintain Petty Cash fund.

-
Verify expense vouchers and payments of head office according to the financial
policy.

-
Monitor company deposit and employee advance to ensure the clearance effectively.

-
Prepare weekly cash and bank statement to support treasury management.

-
Prepare checks based on request and supporting document.

-
Prepare bank reconciliation statement monthly after receiving bank statement.

-
Safekeeping accounting vouchers,
accounting books and other supporting documents.

-
Responsible for daily voucher inputting in JDE and ensure these inputting
timely and accurately.

Monthly raw material data and purchasing data checking and statistic.

Inform supplier for billing invoice and prepare related payment in time.

-
Responsible for annual business license inspection and inform other
entities finish the inspection accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS
AND KEY COMPETENCES

College degree, financial/accounting degree preferred

-
2 plus year of cashier experience

-
2 plus year of purchase assistant
experience

-
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and JD Edwards
desirable

Ability
to communicate with all levels of personnel, and work in a team-based
environment
