具体要求：

1. 本科以上学历，电气工程或自动控制相关专业

2. 至少2年以上非标设备设计经验，能够独立完成项目，丰富的现场经验

3. 熟悉ANSI/IEC标准的电气图纸

4. 熟练应用AutoCAD和E-Plan软件

5. 熟练应用AB，西门子，三菱，欧姆龙，施耐德等PLC编程软件

6. 熟练应用Proface，AB，西门子等HMI编程软件

7. 熟练应用AB,三菱，施耐德等变频器和伺服

8. 若能熟练使用LabView，VB，C++等上位机编程软件则优先考虑

9. 对于气路、液压具有一定的基础

10. 掌握符合国际标准的电气设计规范

11.能够读写英文技术文档，能够用英文编写程序

12.能够应对工作压力，能够适应加班和出差

职位描述：

1. 从事自动化设备、生产线的电气设计，包括电气设计和编程等

2. 从事客户现场服务、改造和调试等工作

3. 项目技术文档的编写

4. 建立和完善工程设计模板和文档

5. 建立和完善工程团队技术培训计划

6. 主管安排的其他任务

Controls Engineer

Requirements：

1.Engineering bachelor’s degree in electrical and automation is required

2.Good interpersonal skill in team environment

3.Good computer skills & proficient at using office software, outlook, project & etc

4.At least 2 years experience working for machine builder, experienced in machine controls system design, debugging and programming

5.Familiar with ANSI or IEC standard drawing format. Proficient AutoCAD skill is required, good EPLAN skill is a plus

6.Have a solid knowledge in SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, OMRON, AB PLC, have experience in writing PLC program

7.Have a solid knowledge in SIEMENS, PROFACE, AB HMI, have experience in writing HMI program

8.Experienced in MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS & AB servo configuration & programming

9.Knowledge in LabView and C/C++/VB program is a plus

10.Have basic knowledge in Fluid Power, understand pneumatic, hydraulic & lubrication drawings

11.Can read & write English Engineering documents, good oral English will be a plus

12.Be able to work overtime and travel if needed, can handle working pressure

Position description:

1.Customer field service, including installation, programming & troubleshooting

2.Design machine electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic drawings per IEC60204-1, GB5226, ISO4413 & ISO4414 specification

3.PLC & HMI programming, following company’s design philosophy & engineering templates

4.Develop company’s engineering template, including drawing, PLC & HMI

5.Develop company’s engineering documents

6.Develop company’s training document

7.Develop company internal technical training plan

8.Any other tasks required by manager
