职位描述
职位要求：Post requirement
1. 本科以上学历 ，有船舶相关经验为佳。能看懂图纸。
Above college degree, ship major, able to check drawing
2. 有3年以上采购管理经验，熟悉采购管理流程。
Above 3 years purchasing management experience, familar
with the procedure
3. 有很强的供应商开发能力，有很好的成本驱动意识。
Strong supplier development ability, cost drived
4. 英语流利，能直接和老外交流，有一定的抗压能力。
Fluent English, can communicate with foreignor directly, adapt to certain working pressure
职责：Responsibility
1. 负责原材料的供应商开发、询价、比价、议价。
Raw material part supplier development ,
inquiry, price comparision & negotiation
2. 根据BOM 制作采购订单并及时发行到供应商。
Place order as per Bom to supplier
3. 根据采购计划，进行物料跟催。
material delivery status tracking as per purchasing plan
4. 与QC， 仓库等部门密切合作，及时处理不良品。
Coordinate with QC and warehouse for non qualified part
5. 每月及时处理发票，请款。
Monthly invoice & payment arrangement
6. 每月完成order list.
