Requirements:
Educational Requirements
1.Education background with the major of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering or related high voltage.
2.Master degree; PHD
Experience:
1.5+ years experience in R&D
2.Project management of technical projects
3.Team leader
4.Manage projects & priorities
5.Strong personal ability to coordinate team & communicate


Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. New Product Development :
He is responsible for a product development including budget, time schedule, costs, quality, and performances; He manages risks; He looks for optimized technical solutions; He plans and controls the studies; He estimates and controls the product costs
He coordinates the activities of his team, and other related departments; He leads a project team; He checks and control resources (labour + materials) required for his projects; He qualifies the products by testing its performances; He reports to his management on project progress; He prepares all necessary documents for the factory.
2. Project Management :
He animates a project team; He decides of the technical solution, and main actions to carry out (general action plan); He gets product approval from the other departments; He invites and delegates tasks to the other departments; He organizes regular project progress meeting with the different team members (around 12) + eventually external persons; He coordinates every team members tasks; He analyzes and summarizes the information; He encourages creativity; He aims to improve the global development efficiency in terms of leadtime.
3. Team management:
He manages a team; He schedules tasks, and defines priorities; He fixes objectives, means, and resources; He communicates efficiently in order for his team to have the necessary information , and be aware of its performance and results; He validates the team work; He motivates his team.
4. Technical support:
He validates technological choices, and technologies for the new product ; He writes arguments justifying his choices in order to keep record and traceability of decisions; He is aware of the technical limits in order to better measure and manage the risks.
5. He is expert and adviser:
He advises other departments orally, supplies them with the necessary information demonstrating the performances; He gives reliable information; He supports tendering, contract, and sales, to answer to customers request.
6. Knowledge improvement:
He participates to the knowledge improvement; He writes documents (rules, norms, specifications, summary, ...); He classifies the information by expertise domain; He trains new comers; He keeps the know-how, in order to limit the risks to repeat mistakes, or face the same difficulties during the next product development.
