MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
The key responsibilities that this position carries will cover: New or Transfer Product Introduction FG approval
? Finish FMEA of FG
? Finish CONTROL PLAN of FG
? Finish CHECK LIST of FG including safety, appearance, function inspection for IPQC, FQC and OQC
? Collect, analysis and report FG TEST REPORT Pilot Run
? Work with SBU to supervise on line when pilot run
? Collect pilot issue including fixture, material, FG quality issue, etc
? Arrange pilot meeting with team to close actions of PILOT ISSUE LIST
? Finish TEST REPORT of pilot FG New part study
? Research parts and key / critical dimension General
? Quick response to products quality issues and tracks the progress in CAPA list
? Work with SQE to realize raw material quality control
? Lead assembly process audit
? Lead NCMRs with SBU team
? Update FMEA and control plan according to each improvement and quality issue
? Lead the root cause analysis and improvement of customer claims
II. FUCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
The incumbent should possess a good working knowledge of product quality control for FG.
Be familiar with product assembly flow chart, standardized work, control point and problem solving.
The ability to work with other departments in a team e***ironment is essential.
III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE: High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Knowledge of 8D method, QC 7 practices, 5W1H, ISO9001:2008 and TQM
IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Link to MTD’s leadership competencies.
V. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor degree in Engineering or Mechanism
? At least 5 years experiences in charge of product quality assurance in machinery field (assembly field is better)
? Fluency in both Written & Oral English
? Well organized and self-disciplined, hardworking, responsible, and a good team player
? Can work independently with strong problem solving skills
? Strong presentation skill

We set up MTD China (Shanghai) Co. Ltd and opened the first office in India in 2011 to pursue presence and rapid growth in Asia Market.
