Responsibility:

1.The projects handled across sites and functions in the DESMI group.
处理公司的项目
2.The projects related to the function area incl: sales, production planning/control, order/information and material flow, product quality control, inventory management, Sourcing &logistics, production layout, final final product quality control,eg.
相关的项目包括：销售，生产计划/控制，订单信息和原材料流程，生产质量控制，投资管理，采购&物流，生产线布局，产品终检质量控制
3.To work around processes(business processes) in all levels for process optimization.
优化流程（业务流程）
4.Detail time planning of project and follow up.
项目的详细规划和跟进
5.Input the Lean manufacture concept into workshop for practice and improvement.

6.Other assigned tasks
