Chromatography (consumables) Sales Engineer
实验室消耗品销售工程师

Position summary
The sales specialist for this position will be based in Shanghai, reporting to National Sales manager and responsible for the sales of chromatography products, like Nano/UHPLC columns and preparation columns.
The incumbent will maintain and improve existing customer relations while establishing new accounts as well. This position will be charged with increasing profitable sales by selling HPLC columns and related products.
Working this position will require excellent communication skills and ability to resolve account issues, accounts payables for the ability to respond to emails and voicemail in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibility
？ Originate phone calls, respond to incoming calls and provide information with regard to chromatography column products and services
？ Responsible for own territory sales, meet unit goals
？ Manage sales cycles; develop relationships with new and existing customers.
？ Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Upload sales records in company CRM system.
？ Work closely with sales manager for territory business planning. Actively communicate customer issues, current prospect and marketing events with management team.
？ Consistently maintain a positive attitude, be a team player and strive to learn.
？ Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and/or manager

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical or any other related fields.
2. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
3. High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure
4. Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
