工作内容：
1、 负责部门合同及各类文件
2、 编制采购部门的月报、季报、年报
3、 收集、整理统计采购订单及发票登记
4、 供应商的开发与考核
5、 价格谈判、采购订单处理和跟踪
6、 协调和控制采购进度、到货时间及售后问题跟进
