RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Communicate with supplier about the quality, cost, and delivery related issues. Be responsible for supplier performance;
？ Coordinate internal and external team to lead OEM brand product development process from concept to production. Provide support and assistance to both internal and external customers. Assist in resolving multiple problems simultaneously in a multiple team environment.
？ Interact with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and suppliers to meet OEM brand product specifications and needs of the customer in the development of new, reliable, cost effective products for the market.
？ Deal with customer complaint. Follow and track all corrective action requests, ensure the implementation and review the result.
？ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
？ B.S. Degree in Engineering
？ 8+ years working experience with sourcing, engineering, project management background. Measuring instruments industry experience is preferred.
？ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
？ Cross-functional product development / program management experiences preferred. Ability to effectively work with team members from different culture/countries.
？ Flexibility to handle multiple priorities to meet schedules.
？ Strong problem solving skills.
