主要职责
Key Responsibilities
1. To manage super user team and provide the support to the team, making sure CLC XpDS is running properly and stably.
2. Following the issue escalation process, to communicate with IT/ process team and leadership team timely for any system issues and assist them to resolve the problem in order to minimize the impact to the DC operation.
3. To cooperate with IT/ Process team/ DC operation team/ NIKE China to conduct system test and implement new release.
4. To ensure high quality of functional reports being generated and communicated timely.
5. Review the whole process periodically with team to continuously seek for opportunities for process improvement within the functional scope.
