职位描述：

？2. Daily Jobs 日常工作
？Managing all plant mechanical equipments and ensuring their safe/proper function in view of the targets for reliability and safety; 管理工厂所有的机械设备以确保安全、稳定的运行以期达到安全与可靠性的目标。
？Analyzing mechanical problems and providing technical input/solutions accordingly, Apply RCFA/FMEA and related reliability tools to conduct analysis and improve the mechanical equipment continuously;分析机械设备相关故障并提供相应技术支持与解决方案,运用RCFA/FMEA等可靠性工具进行分析改进以持续提高设备的可靠性。
？ Deliver preventive and predictive Maintenance plans with detailed job execution plans to reduce the downtime as much as possible;预防性/预知性维修计划的制定以及详细的工作执行计划以减少故障停车时间。
？ Spare parts management of mechanical equipment, issue PR, ensure QC, set spare parts inventory properly; 机械相关的备品备件的管理，包括申购，质量控制，库存设置等。
？ Contributes to the interpretation and setting of mechanical maintenance Procedures/standards and to ensure best practices and SHE requirement; 维修程序、标准的制定以满足***维修实践与安全工作的要求。
？ Ensure that the maintenance operations and activities carried out are in accordance with company policy, relevant statutory provisions and best practices; 确保机械维修活动的开展符合公司的政策、相关的法律法规以及***实践的要求。
？ Involve/Lead MOC project, Participate investment project mechanical part for early equipment management to ensure future reliability& maintainability;领导/参与MOC项目,参与投资项目的机械部分的早期管理以保证日后的可靠性与可维修性。
？Hands on training to the mechanical maintenance technician to strengthen the team competency;机械维修工的现场技能培训以提高团队的整体能力。
？Key team member of MI to enhance PSM equipment management; MI团队的主要成员以加强工艺安全设备的管理
？Closely track KPI of mechanical maintenance (UD, PMP, Planning maintenance, cost, etc.) to ensure the work efficiency, safety and continuous improvement.
？跟进机械维修工作的关键绩效指标（如非计划停车时间、PMP完成率与质量、计划维修完成率、维修费用等）以确保维修工作的高效、安全实施并不断改善。
岗位要求：
？Bachelor degree or equivalent in chemical machinery or Engineering 化工机械设备或工程专业本科学历
？2. Skills:
？Good English skills for better understanding technical document.良好的英语读写能力以充分理解相关的英文资料。
？Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通及交际能力
？To be a helpful to have engineering experience工程相关经验
？3.Experience:
？Above 5 years working experiences in Chemical plant. 5年以上化工厂工作经验
？4. Abilities:
