职位描述：
Responsibilities:
New Project
- Clarify technical requirements from manufaturing pespective with customer engineering and internal product engineer;
- Fix manufacturing process through feasibility study, quotation, concept and design phase;
- Support engineering sample making and DV/PV;
- Prepare process related documents, Flow Chart, CC/SC List(Process), PFMEA, WI, Maintainence WI, etc.
- Lead trial run and Run&Rate to validate the relaibility of the process;
- Process and relevant machines, equipments, jigs release to operation after G5.
- CTM from manufacturing side to coordinate works and communications among packing, operation, IE, etc.
Technical Focus
- Focus on defined process technical as process owner, to develop and improve key processes.
Mass Production Support
- Support quality and operation team for continuous process improvements of the mass produced parts;
- Support quality to analyse any quality complaints from the market;
- Evaluate and lead process related engineering change.
Productivity
- Lead process improvement of labor or C/T reduce, OEE increasement, machine down time reduce for CC prductivity;
 - Work with quality and operation to reduct COPQ cost of responsible products.

Qualifications:
Engineer in mechanics, electrical / electronics, etc. (University.);
First experience in design of soldering process (selective wave soldering, reflow, AOI, SMT) and PCBA related process ;
Good knowledge of soldering product/process design rules, expert level;
Good knowledge of the automotive or battery industry quality standards (QS9000ff; TS16949);
At least 8 years working experience;
GB of "6 sigma" is must;
Good knowledge of MS Office package, 3D engineering software;
