Responsibilities:
1- Daily analysis of the causes of the anomalies and breakdowns coming from data from the computer SAP
management system and proposing the corresponding action to be taken.

2- Planning modifications or improvements derived from analysis, giving reasons for the expected positive
repercussions.

propose modifications or improvements, if necessary, concerning the initial supplier projects.

4- Drawing up the ranges of autonomous, inspection and preventive maintenance, ensuring that it is permanently

which the head of maintenance, for the appropriate reasons, will decide.

12- Teaching the training of acquired theory skills according to the previous point to the foreman and maintenance

13- Organizing and classifying appropriately the technical documentation of the assets existing in the plant.

15- Using correctly the safety devices in the facilities, checking their correct functioning, following the defined
inspection reports and respecting the functions at all times.

16- Planning, pursuing and justifying the yearly targets agreed on with the immediate superior, as well as the specific
targets in each case, depending on the studies performed to this effect.

18.- Participating in repairs to the breakdowns which are produced, using the most efficient methods and systems,
such as:
? Breakdown analysis
? Consulting programs , plans, schemes and IT media.
? Consulting the suppliers according to their importance.
? Appropriate tooling in each case.

19- Performing the stocking of the necessary materials to carry out the repairs, informing the direct superior of the
external supply needs whenever necessary.

20- Demanding the WO document for all types of interventions tasks, both for emergency ones and planned ones.

21- Writing down the causes of different breakdowns and anomalies in the WOs, giving possible improved solutions.

22.-Defining the spare parts for the maintenance store.

Qualifications:
–电气自动化,机电一体化,机械自动化等相关理工科专业,拥有维护领域至少三年以上工作经验
Electrical automation, electromechanical integration, mechanical automation and other related science and
technology majors, minimum 3years experience in the field of maintenance;
–拥有生产系统的知识和技术活动领域的最新知识
Knowledge of production system and current technology in the field of activity。
–拥有分析和解决问题的技能;
Command of the analysis and problem-solving techniques;
-拥有以下领域的广泛知识
Wide knowledge in:
电力供应和微处理器
Power suppliers and microprocessors
机械,液压和气动知识
Mechanical,Hydraulic and Pneumatic
-机器人和 PLC(西门子 S7300-400)
Robotics and PLC(Siemens S7300-400)
-伺服系统
Servo-systems
-电气和机械制图(Autocad/Eplan)
Electric and Mechancial diagrams; (Autocad / Eplan)
-加工中心知识
CNC knowledge
-办公自动化应用软件的用户知识,SAP 系统
User knowledge of IT office administration application,SAP.
-良好的英文口语及读写能力。
Speaking and writing ability in English fluently.
-参加过维护方面课程将得到积极评价;
Courses taken in the field of maintenance will be positively evaluated;
-未在岗位职责中列明,但是为了公司的良好运营,与公司其他部门的同事们进行合作;
