职位描述：
1. Help identify and mitigate any job safety hazards in the Engineering department and its events and findings are well documented

2. Participate as an active member in the CSC

3. Ability to interpret customer's specification drawings

4. Develop and design layout for products assembly process;

5. Study and collect time cost data, finish standard time for each step assembly program;
研究和收集时间成本数据,采集和制定每个工艺步骤的标准工作时间.
6. Developing new fixture and tooling specification or detail design for new product assembly process and package design;
开发新夹具和工具规范或设计新产品装配制程和包装设计;
7. Tracking equipment plan and technical support for equipment supplier;

8. Working with maintenance team for related equipment installing, debugging and acceptance;

9. Developing work instruction, flow chart, control plan , PFMEA for new product assembly process;

10. Training operators for new products assembly process;

11. Study new process capability to make sure all key characteristics have enough process capability;
研究新的过程能力,确保所有关键特征有足够的过程能力;
12. Research process for launched program to reduce process variation to achieve continuous improvement.

13. Prepare and submit assembly cost sheet for Sale's RFQ
协助销售RFQ准备和提交装配的成本报表.
14. Responsible for co-ordinating FAs, equipment and instruments trials
负责协调FAs、设备试验.
15. Performs inputs in ERP such as RM, BOM, packaging, engineering specs and FAs trial record
完成输入ERP工作如RM、物料清单、包装、工程规格和FAs试验记录.
16. Prepare, implement, maintain and update revision on Engineering SOPs, WIs etc.
准备、实施、维护和更新修订工程SOPs、WIs.
17. Execute continuous improvement and training for operators and engineering assistants.
为一线员工及工程助理进行持续的改进和培训.
18. Leads EAs in co-ordinating with QA, production and other relevant departments on the generation of FAs and assist in validation protocol write up
领导EAs和质量、生产及其他相关部门进行协调，帮助数据验证和草案的拟定.
19. Attend Technical services and troubleshooting of assembly issues and customer’s complaints on/off site with technical report submission to HOD

20. Participate in meetings, trainings and teleconferencing for/with internal/external customers and global counterparts, US and Europe in particular
参加会议、培训，内部外部客户的电话会议，尤其是美国、欧洲的全球同行会议.
21. Present Engineering and Sales Project scheduling and Engineering weekly update meeting
目前工程和销售项目的计划和工程每周的更新会议.
22. Ability to lead and delegate tasks to EAs in projects with little supervision

23. Submit weekly Eng./Sales project updates to HOD accurately and on a timely basis

24. Tracking and submission of Assembly expenditures to HOD for year budgeting

25. Any other duties as assign by Engineering HOD

岗位要求：
1. Knowledge in Assembly processes, and to performs FAs trials including troubleshooting of production issues.
具有医疗配件装配方面的知识，并完成FAs的试验，包括生产产品的故障排除等.
2. Components assembly knowledge is an added medical industrial advantage.
具有装配专业知识，医疗行业优先.
3. At least 3~5 years of working experience in medical or related assembly industry in medical.
至少在医疗行业或相关装配行业3-5年的工作经验.
4. College certification in any Engineering or Polymer field
具有工程学或高分子专业的本科学历.
5. Have general knowledge in medical tubing, injections parts testing, and assembly validation and test standards in the medical.
具有在医疗导管、注塑件的测试、装配、校验方面的知识，具有在医疗行业测试标准知识是优先的.
6. Proficiency in Autodesk CAD, 3D (Solider work) is preferred.
精通Auto-CAD. 会3D 优先.
7. As one of team builder, independent, analytical and exhibits calculated risk in decision making.

8. Passed Medical Manufacturing Requirement check-up as stipulated by the local Authority and TPS.

9. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese languages, written and oral.
