职位描述：

·负责核对、整理客户员工社保申报资料，完成与供应商的资料转接；

·协助办理客户员工各项福利、人事证件，及时跟进并反馈结果；

·及时更新当地政策大表内容、发放公告邮件；

·负责对供应商回单进行初级审计，递交审计小组后协助二次审计，

·对问题单进行及时处理；

·配合审计组完成在职人员抽查；

·负责每月与供应商机构的监督管理（进项发票、社保局盖章回单等），及时反馈办理结果，掌握供应商动向并及时上报；

·负责突发状况的处理和协调；

·完成上级布置的其他工作。

任职要求：

·大专及以上学历，一年HR相关工作经验
·熟悉员工录用、社会保险的操作流程及相关劳动人事法规
·工作细致主动，具备极强的服务意识及抗压能力
·具备独立工作、沟通协调能力和亲和力
·适应力强，善于思考/学习，具有团队合作意识
