职位描述：
1、To assist Sr. Quality engineer on continuous improvement in-house; set up and maintain a quality management files of process control plan, establish detail check sheet, quality alert and train to make sure all quality management files onsite is correct and be well implemented.
2. to assist Sr. Quality Engineer on Customer complaint handling, work closely with automative customer and provide effective support. Internally, work with related department to work out effective action plan for customer's complaint in aggressive timeframe. And provide guidance and support in major problem solving.
3. to lead quality QC to make sure:
1) Customer quality control items are identified and implemented in production.
2) Customer quality acceptance criteria are identified and established
3) All new programs' quality tracking and package are managed well.
4. To assist Sr. Quality Engineer to collect customer quality performance data about SGM Wuhan, Yantai and Shanghai and drive corrective action and continuous improvement based on these data. Work closely with Sr. QE to keep fast response, effective communication to protect customer and CMF.
5. Conduct the internal audit(including quality system audit, process audit, product audit) according to annual plan to implement continues improvement.
6. Keep fighting to improve Daily FTQ, GP-12 findings &follow up, Major OEE issue review and work with team to achieve company's goal.
7. Be familiar with office software and quality relevant software such as Minitab, MSA, SPC and GR&R
8. Be good at communication, surefooted, earnest and responsible for doing things, good English both oral and written
9. Strong planning and ability of implementation
10. Other assignment from manager.

1. College degree in mechanical engineering or automation
2. At least 2 years working experience in mechanical engineering or automation, work experience in automative industry or relevant field be preferred
3. Experienced with process quality control be preferred
4.Understanding technical specification, and has good ability to write related quality analysis technical report, analysis of test result. Judgement capability.
5. Strong communication skill, presentation skill, organization skills and team work spirit to work with other employee/function: Open minded, good planning
