职位描述：
1 Job Summary:工作摘要
维护马勒苏州IATF16949证书，MBMS系统,，公司制冷设备生产许可证的管理工作；
客户特殊要求的识别及管理；文件系统的统一发行,受控及管理及质量部门文职工作。
Maintain MAHLE Suzhou IATF16949 certificate, MBMS system, Production license managmenet; Customer special requirements identification and implement; Document system control, release and manage and quality department admini related work.

2 Duties and Responsibilities主要职责
2.1 维护马勒苏州IATF16949证书，MBMS系统,，公司制冷设备生产许可证的管理工作
Maintain MAHLE Suzhou IATF16949 certificate, MBMS system, Production license managmenet;
2.2 客户特殊要求的识别及管理Customer special requirements identification and implement;
2.3 文件管理工作Document control
1)The coding rules to assign file numbers to ensure compliance with quality system controlled document encoding rules and system requirements
根据编码规则分配文件号, 确保受控文件符合质量体系编码规则及系统要求
2)Controlled release documents to ensure that the production site for the latest controlled documents
受控文件的发行, 确保生产现场为最新有效受控文件
3)Maintenance of the electronic version of the system files on the management server, make sure the specified path of the controlled file for the latest controlled documents
维护管理服务器上的电子版体系文件,确保指定路径下的受控文件为最新有效受
控文件
4)Distribution of new files while recovering old files and Quality records preservation system requirements分发新文件，同时回收旧版文件，保存体系要求的质量记录
2.4 Company laboratory general GP10 certification and maintenance work;
公司实验室通用GP10的认证及维护工作
2.5 Quality monthly report preparing;
质量部月度报告准备；
2.6 Quality Dept. admin work
质量部日常的文职工作
2.7 Other tasks assigned;
其它指定的工作；

4 Job Specifications岗位要求
4.1 The basic quality requirements基本素质要求:
4.1.1熟练使用办公软件(Excel; Word; PowerPoint etc.)。
        Skilled use of office software (Excel; Word; PowerPoint etc.).
4.1.2 大专以上学历，2年以上跨国公司相似工作经验
         College education, more than 2 years working experience in multinational similar
4.2 Professional skills requirements专业技能要求:
4.2.1 熟悉IATF 16949 或 QS 9000质量标准
         Familiar with the IATF 16949 or QS 9000 quality standard
4.2.2 熟悉生产企业的运作方式
