MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES & SCOPE OF AUTHORITY & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. DELIVER business value from X+1 Project Requirements plan
- IT Infra. X+1 Key project involvement & local coordination
- Support to MES project in Jiangyin RR plants
- Support to Windows 10 & Office 2016 migration
2. SERVICE business in a globally consistent and professional way
- IT Infra. Team BITS case support KPI
- Initiate user survey and get result
3 GUARD constantly cost/benefit balance of IT operations and solutions
- Make sure IT team cost well controlled and under budget
- Make sure IT cost in each plant well controlled and transparent
4 Assue continuity and support & enhancement
- IT security audit design, plan, action follow-up & auditing
- User authorization management procedure improvement
- Support Bekaert IT teams work on the sustainability organization
5 INNOVATE by building a shared vision& implementation strategy around new technologies with potential business value & BETTER TOGETHER with ONE BEKAERT IT
- User training & user manual
- Make sure IT Internal documentation being updated in time
- end user productivity through improved user interfaces & workflow
- Ensure efficiency in govermence and meeting
- To develop detailed IT resource planning
- PDR to make sure team targets well targeted & deployed
- Develop and run program regarding working better together as One Bekaert IT

Job Responsibilities：
Need fluency in English communication, familiar with English OS, using e-mail & Lync as communication tools
Working independently on software/hardware issues from user PCs, efficiently management on IT facilities to make sure their regular running
Have veteran experience on Active Directory management, could eliminate different incidents in Domain environment
Regular checking on Server security, PC networks and data backup
Push IT policies to be practicable in local sites, release IT guidelines
Working with local IT on account / fix assets management, IT running cost follow up

任职要求 Requirements：
1、大学本科学历，计算机及相关专业；
2、有在中等规模的企业从事过2年以上IT日常管理和网络管理经验者优先；
3、熟悉现代办公系统硬件、软件及网络的维护；
4、熟悉计算机硬件、软件等市场信息；
5、具有良好的表达及沟通能力，服务意识优秀，执行力强；
6、对IT行业有着浓厚兴趣，热爱专研学习IT技术。
