职位描述：
The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Duties

• Fulfill normal customer application trial and internal trial, written report available 完成实验室的客户应用测试及内部研发试验，并完成书面报告;
• Communicate with customer, join in related conference, get better understanding of the battery industry, in order to help sales develop new customer 与客户进行技术交流，参加行业会议，了解行业动态，帮助销售人员开发新客户;
• Production line onsite coordination, commissioning, process improvement, results follow up, and written report 生产线现场协调，设备测试，工艺改进，结果跟踪，书面报告;
• Built joint with sales, CS, and Engineering group in order to ensure the smoothness of operation and to achieve the production line 与销售，服务和工程团队进行对接, 实现项目的正常运行;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree, Chemical, mechanical or a related background 本科以上学历，化学或机械专业;
• Above 1 years related working experience 1年以上相关工作经验;
• Candidate with Li-ion battery production technology has priority, especially with experience on project designing, equipment commissioning, and operation了解熟悉锂离子电池生产工艺前沿技术，具有锂电池相关企业项目设计、生产调试和运行等经历的人员优先考虑;
• Candidate with twin-screw extruder experience has priority 有双螺杆挤出机经验者优先;
• Candidate with lab or process develop experiences has priority 有实验室及工艺开发相关工作经验;
• Good English in both writing and speaking 良好的英语读写能力;
• Familiar with commonly used office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 熟悉基本办公软件的操作;
• Hard working, strong practical ability能吃苦耐劳，有较强的动手能力;
• Good team-working and capability of working independently有团队精神及独立工作能力;
• Good at find out problems, analyze the reason and solve problems 善于发现问题，分析原因并解决问题;
• Strong initiative and learning willingness 较强的主动性和学习精神;
• Strong ability to work under pressure 有很强的抗压能力;
• Good at data analysis and logical reasoning 善于数据分析，逻辑推理;
• Communication skills, service oriented and strong sense of responsibility 良好的沟通及服务技巧，有责任心;
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must 中文流利
