职位描述：
Overall Responsibility：
Coordinating works for sales department

Main Responsibilities：
Simple and direct quotations of components & parts
Documentations and filing of contracts & POs
Entering and processing of orders received
Sales data collection and reports generation
Invoice request & co-ordinating of deliveries (component sales) with Logistics

Mandatory requirements：
2 - 3 years working experience in similar capacity
Understand sales cycle, process and work flow
Ability to do simple quotations, reports & forecast generation
Sound documentation and filing system

Preferred requirements:
Worked in foreign setups in China before
Experience in marketing activities (arranging of seminar, exhibition, e-newsletter, etc)

Education required
College graduates or above

Technical Skills
Proficient in English language, CET-4 & above
MS Office, CRM MS Dynamics, ERP system (SAP)

Soft skills
A team player, good communication & inter personnel skill, self discipline, ability to work under pressure, independent and proactive 举报 分享
