职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts a team leader for projects within Gates shanghai site. Responsible for project timing, planning and risk assessing. Runs ABDS and /or SBDS system requirements as assigned and then work out an appropriate system solution. Performs engineering analysis to optimize system configuration in terms of belt construction, tensioner specification and other components specifications like pulleys and idler (if appropriate) from performance and cost perspectives, in close cooperation with the RCC/MDC design team and the dedicated product CTC’s, RCC’s/MDC’s or external product suppliers. When requested, provides alternative technical solutions for consideration by customers. As changes are required based on customer requests or test results, updates the design of the system and prepares detailed information concerning changes. Responsible for the release of all drawings to customer.

Key duties include:

? Develop most optimized system and component based on system analysis & measurements
? Responsible for the system DVP&R and work to validate system and component designs
? Review performance and durability test results and correlate to the system analysis
? Project management according to APQP to minimize any project risks
? Keep good relationship with customer on engineering support
? Customer drawing make out

Education and Experience:

a. BS degree, MBA preferred;Majored in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering background
b. At least 3 years of automotive engine working experience
c. Be familiar with project management
d. A good command of both oral and written English
