职位描述
Job Description:
1. Work closely with team member in building and sustaining relationships with F.I. customers.
2. Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Act as a back-up to the RM for the accounts assigned.
4. Answer telephone. Receive and sort mail. Complete memoranda, letters, presentation and monthly finance report. Arrange and confirm meeting with customers. Make hotel and travel bookings as required.
Personal Traits:
1. An individual who is approachable, engaging, and unpretentious.
2. A "people person" who is comfortable being part of a team, working collectively toward a goal, and giving credit to others.
3. Someone of maturity, wisdom and confidence with a "can do" attitude.
4. Strong work ethic, goal oriented and desire for growth/advancement.
Skills and Knowledge:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business, Accounting or Finance is a plus.
2. Basic understanding of financial statements, financial analysis and credit .
3. Highly computer literate and experience in use of Word, xls, PPT etc.
4. Excellent verbal and business writing skills in both Mandarin and English.
