职位描述：
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage and monitor weekly production plan, material purchasing plan, and customer delivery plan implementation, ensure customer delivery on time.
? Manage and monitor i***entory level, turn over rate and i***entory value control, implement E&O analysis and action plan implementation.
? Establish PI working instruction and standardized flow, manage monthly PI plan implementation and PI variance analysis and action plan implementation.
? Manage and monitor shipping and receiving plan to ensure proper material flow
? Manage and mainte***ce QAD system data and solve QAD system issues
? Warehouse layout planning and continues improvements
? Kanban System design and implementation, ensure material FIFO
? Be responsible for E***ironment Health & Safety issues in the department to meet company and local government requirements
? Support defining ship frequency & mode on the most economical way
? Establish logistics procedure and monitor procedure and work instruction are followed
? Provide initiatives of logistics cost reduction. Support the activities of advanced logistics, consolidate/de-consolidate, milk-run and lean logistics network
? Apply the customs duties and charges
? Other tasks assigned by senior management
MAJOR JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION (REQUIRED/PREFERRED)

? Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
? Excellent English in writing and speaking
? 5 years experience in logistics & materials management, preferably in automobile industry
? Operation experience i***olving ocean/ air/ truck international freight, forwarding sourcing and contracting
? Strong skills in logistics cost analysis, network design and optimization, performance measurement reporting and problem solving.
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
? Good leadership skill
? Fluently use QAD system and solve QAD issues
