此职位目前在上海上班，不定期去温州出差，后期工厂将搬迁至扬州
Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience major in science and engineering
Skills
Manufacturing and/or production experience, minimum 5years.
Six SIGMA ，Lean or Black Belt certification is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Experience:
5 year experiences in CI management
Job Specific Comments:
1. Push CI culture promotion in plant.
2. Lead and organize plant Lean/six sigma training，Train CI method, support project progress, wrap-up the results.
3. Collect and upload the best practice, selection and implementation Lear best case.
4. OEA Audit (Operational Excellence Assessment)
5. Quarterly update the Value Stream map
6.Waste Walk
7.Lead at least 3 KAIZEN EVENTS monthly
8.Analyse Standard labor time by MOST
9.TPM Rollout
10.Six Sigma GB / BB Projects;
11.Plant 5S examination
12. Plant saving project identification and tracking
13.VAVE analysis
14.New factory layout design and improvement
15.MOS KPI tracking and improvement，track plant’s action plan to achieve monthluly and annual CI target.
