职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all sourcing activities compliance with company procedures;
2. Lead the sourcing team with continuous improvement on team competence level to achieve department goals and objectives, ensure all KPIs are aligned and followed up systematically;
3. To work with planning team and other function departments to run the production manufacturing smoothly;
4. Be accountable for direct material purchasing lead time reduction and at times take the lead of supplier negotiation on payment term, OTD and other activities;
5. Be accountable for supplier management process, to implement supplier performance review process and all deviations of supplier performance have corrective actions in place and be tracked;
6. Be accountable for material cost saving project implementation and local PPV projects
7. Lead sourcing team to work on NPI;
8. Be accountable for indirect material, capex, non-production related services price negotiation and contract management, ensure the right partner be selected and its cost & service can meet internal stakeholder requirement;
9. Continuous development of purchasing processes, system, tools and be proactive on the best practice gaining and implementation;
10. Tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or related, More than 8 years working experiences with 5 years purchasing experiences;
2. Cost analysis and negotiation skills, Supplier management & NPI management, pressure vessel experience preferred;
3. Proactivity & Integrity;
4. Leadership & Team building & Communication;
5. Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Fluent oral and written English;
